Grr! The first 5 lbs fell right off. Now I've increased my exercise and I'm having difficulties with the weight coming off. Well, it's only been a couple weeks. I guess I need to stick to it and hopefully my luck will change.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
