The Corona Virus has kept me at home cocooned with my family and eating seems to be the only consistent and reliable thing in my life. Today, however, I see a light in the tunnel and estimate that in 30 days I will be able to go out again and a nearly normal life will resume. Therefore today is the day I will attempt to take off the pounds I have gained during this time.
