Back on track! Still stressed out, but keeping better contol of "stress-eating". Back to taking time out for myself, even if no time to take. Packing my lunch again & working out. The workouts, even though shorter than I'd like, still make me feel better- both mentally and physically! Plus, temperatures here in FL are finally cooling off, October is my favorite month & Halloween is my favorite holiday!
