Had a bad eating day today : (
Ate 3 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. And chips and salsa. 2223 calories. Lots of fat and cheese. Back on track tomorrow. Been the same weight for 9 days and got a little discouraged and ate at it : (
Not tomorrow though!
302.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 152.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
