I want to start my diet over today. I have not been following the guidelines but have lost a few lbs since I started. I know if I stay focused I can drop more weight before the holidays begin.

Breakfeast:
pb/honey on whole wheat
Coffee (too much sugar)
water
orange juice
196.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
