Made my own plan, this is working better, still about 1800-1850 cals a day but changed up the food groups to less starches [4 a day ]and more milk [3 a day] and more protein.seems to be working!
279.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
