I'm changing my eating habits and increasing my activity level.

Yesterday was a pretty hard day! I had a clinical rotation in the psych ward and it was impossible to eat correctly or keep hydrated. I did do my 20 mins on teh elliptical and did my lower leg workout.

Today was a bit better, but I still need to remember to keep track of my calories. Hopefully journaling will keep me on task. I have a clinical rotation in teh OR tomorrow, so let's see how difficult it will be to eat and keep hydrated throughout the day.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
