Things aren't going all that well. I had about 80g of carb today. It's not fair that fruits and vegetables have carbs in them..! How am I supposed to eat?
I used to think I could count on having many fruits and vegetables on a diet as I wanted and now it turns out I'm cheating with them. I'm a little confused about what I can do. As the day goes by, it's alright, but at night when I've consumed all possible carbs and I'm really hungry I just don't know what to do.
At least I've exercised and drank allot of water... =)
Tomorrow is Halloween. I plan to stay at home and nibble on my black chocolate (80%), splenda powder drinks and chewing gum like a good girl but the rest of my very big family will be overflowing with candy and I don't know how to go threw with this. It'll seem so tempting..!
I think I'll watch some movies and go to bed as early as possible... I hope that's good enough.
