I've also lost and inch around the hips so I'm a 32' hip and a 28 waist now.

This is what is known as "Pandemic" weight loss brought to you by COVID19. I am hitting all the same maintenance calorie targets or at least doing my best too. However, just to warn those who keep up with these posts - Like many of you, I am "sheltered in" right now. I'm keeping up with workouts, but frankly I'm more active when at home and I'm also not patronizing my green light "go to" lunch places I usually do when I'm working that might take me enough over cals to keep in range.

Both mama and I are very healthy eaters and have done our best to only shop what we need and reduce the amount of times we to go to the store. But, top all of this with Panic shoppers who cleared the shelves and you're going to see me lean out some during this time.

I apologize to "anti-BMI'ers" in advance, but THIS GIRL can at least find some reassurance that at 5'2 and 122.6 lbs - I'm still in the normal to medium high weight range. I won't start looking for other resources to add in extra cals unless we see 117-118. I don't want to lose the muscle mass I've put on. It was by no means in the plans to continue leaning out, but times be what they be. Most importantly right now is that I am happy and healthy and working hard at maintaining that to the best of my ability.

p.s. And, yes mama and I have had this discussion and she understands. Bless her heart - she's a damn good cook and I grew up poor, because we both know very well how to work with what we have, make it healthy, and make things stretch! lol
122.6 lb Lost so far: 87.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
