Started today. Ate pretty darn well today until we got to dinner... Listen, I don't mean to speak ill of the dead but, "Mr. Atkins, seriously, who designs a lifelong eating philosophy that doesn't include alcohol?!" Particularly during the "Induction phase" when the call of the cheesecake is enough to drive you mad... and is it me, or does EVERY darn thing come with a roll?
