Just a quick update. Surgery went very well, better than expected actually. All the pain I've been living w/for 5 yrs was gone on the day of surgery. Two hours after surgery I was up and walking w/a walker and that evening I was actually sitting in a chair. Granted, the pain meds helped w/that too. lol It's been 10 days and still SI joint pain-free! I do have pain from the surgery, but it's so MUCH better than what I had been dealing with. I think I finally have my life back and it's just an unbelievable feeling. I get the staples out next Tuesday and I'm hoping to be back to work part time the following week and then back full time. I will just have to wait and see what the doctor says on Tuesday.
On another awesome note: 50lbs GONE! BYE BYE!! Only 14 to go!!!
