I can do a lot better with my eating. I had 3 hamburgers last week, the craving just hit me. Can't lie....they were really good! Fortunately, I went to my Zumba classes. I onlt lost one pound but I guess it's better than gaining one pound (smile)
162.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
