Okay. so, getting to 185 has taken about 10 weeks. I started at 206 with a goal of 185. When I got close to 185 I lowered my goal to 175... 10 pounds to go and I feel great.

Daily gym time is about an hour on the elliptical and then between 30-60 minutes of weights and crunches. I'd really like to get rid of the love handles, I don't like them very much. :-)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
