Have started walking every day, but I can't get the eating right. Still eating too much junk. It will come. I just need to stop being so tired. Maybe a nice camping weekend will help.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
