Very excited about the "Lose 15 pounds by Christmas" challenge! I've had my mind set to start dieting for real when it begins which is tomorrow...
15-20 pounds is all that I want to loose but I really want to loose it. I was that weight 4 years ago. Time to come back!
But what about today, should I be pigging out on my last day before dieting?
