seriously surprised at the amount I've lost in under a weeks time! Gonna keep pushing and counting my calories and keeping my step goal up. No doubt 2020 will be my year. Love having a community to hold me accountable.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
