so I been eating every 2-3hrs and looks like I'm losing weight! Yay! Today I turned down fast foods from BK. I don't like fast foods anyways. Planning on losing 10 lbs by the end of Oct.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

that's what i have to do. i eat small meals every couple hours. that way i am never hungry and it keeps the metabolism going! good job!
