Seems like I can be very good about recording food, or I can be very good about doing exercise, but so far, can't be good about doing both...new goal!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
