Body fat 37,1. Mass index 41.5.
Dalam 12 hari berat turun 1,3 kg, body fat 1%, ototnya juga turun 0,1.
Semua turunnya pelan banget, dan yang bikin sedih otot juga ikut turun. Tapi gapapa lah harus semangat dan gas terus demi progress yang keliatan pas lebaran nanti💪🏻
