Though nominall in Weight Watchers again, I'm permitting myself the odd piece of chocolate again, and then the next day I'll double the single piece, and stop at the ICE CREAM DEPOT for a cone to celebrate a lovely spring day.
No wonder my wieght is up a pound this week....
