I had Ben and Jerry’s non dairy instead of dinner. I’d like to stop craving sugar now. 6months no booze and I still NEED that sugar when I’m emotional. I can moderate calories forever but learning to fuel my body is a struggle when shit hits the fan I run for junk
159.3 lb Lost so far: 27.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

As long as you are making progress, and are eating how you mostly desire, a pint now and then isn't a terrible thing. Keep at it and you will get to where you want to be, maybe in 6 months to a year you won't feel like you need it. It sounds like you have made a lot of changes already.

You know what?!?! I have, thank you for reminding me. Being kind and gentle with myself is new. I suppose like everything else it takes practice and patience
