Right, lesson learned.. Couscous is semolina, which means a lunch of couscous is basically a big pile of fructans...

Which explains Wednesday night, and most of Thursday.

I'll get through this.. (course I can't cut wheat still, need to get through the celiac test before I can do that). I hate to say it but I'm looking forward to it, with everything else out of my diet, I can't hide from the fact that my body doesn't like it particularly.
126.2 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
