Been plateaued for the last two weeks. Made some changes. Introduced morning workout in addition to evening and have eliminated wine. Finally a drop. Hope to be at 228 by end of week and 220 by end of month. Target goal is 200 by June...if not earlier. On a positive note, had a physical and my glucose has dropped significantly...from a pre-diabetic 99 to a really decent 85. Cutting out carbs and sugar has made a huge difference.
