I hope things are going well for you!! I know you can do this!!Perhaps you should change things up a little and make a small steak for dinner or big sea scallops. I know that your standard plan works great but variety is nice also!! All the best to you my buddy!! Ellie

I just can't get my head into dieting right now....I think is the fall air and all the temptations that people keep throwing at me and I have a lot of stress on my plate right now which makes me want comfort food.
