Did really great yesterday! Actually surprised by the scale this morning. I didn't consume enough calories but I was full and couldn't think of anything else to eat... I EVEN HAD DESERT!I hope today goes well too. I have a couple errands to run and more house work and such to burn a few extra calories! I also got a new bottle of hydroxycut max so I can start taking that again instead of my back-ups. Today will be good!:))
164.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
