It's my second day on Atkins god I pray this works! Breakfast: cheese and scrambled eggs with onions, and 2 maple turkey sausages....water Lunch: green salad chopped up salmon a pat of butter and three small slices of pepper jack cheese with a bottle water...Dinner green salad with mushrooms red and green peppers red onions mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese with egg on top and salmon on the side with a water.. Oh I sprinkle flax seed in everything and I took my psyllium husk pills also!!! As for salad dressings how much is to much and what's the best kind for low carb diets? Dinner I'm using Italian dressing light and Caesar dressing light...

Skip the honey, I make one that taste great with just some balsamic, olive oil, lemon juice and oregono, whisk it together, and delicious. Oh and check the carb count on Caesar dressing, as long as it's low you are fine, but don't bother with the light. The extra fat is good for you on this diet and the light often has a little more sugar in it to make up for the taste. I Love the T. Marzetti dressings at Wal-Mart they are good in fats and carbs! My Balsamic dressing is low in calories though and that is great for induction
