Still loosing but at a slower rate. I went out to eat the other night at outback and ate a ton:/ I've decided not to let these things ruin my diet! its nice to have a break every once in a while. it is really nice out today so I'm going to get some kind of physical activity in:)

p.s. first mini goal weight met today!!!!
165.8 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
