well finally out of the 190s. feeling pretty good, celebrated last pm with a dairy queen but felt quilty for eating it so i threw half away. size 13 jeans. can fit into 11 but snug. sure is a difference from the 22 i was in. only have 17.5 left to hit goal. so far loss of 40lbs. wish me luck.
