I seem to be continuing my steady decline at around a pound a week. I still feel like I'm starving myself. My Calorie intake is around 1,200 - 1,500 per day. And I've been staying on the flipping elliptical till it screams 1,000 CAL burnt, then go for another 300-500. I would think I would lose this faster?
My snacks have been pretty much limited to peaches, oranges and nectarines with the occasional Dum Dum thrown in for good measure...
On Sunday I treated myself to Steak and Lobster, felt a "little" guilty but man was it good!
