OMG, life is hard at the moment!!! Not eating the right food, not eating at the right time, working all the hours god sends, drinking way too much alcohol, so i have made the decsion to start my life changes all over again, this is the second time i have said it but now for sure i want to get back to being body happy, cause right now i am not!!!!
So here we go, my points will be to have as low fat diet as possible and eat more veg and fruit, not a great fan of fruit but will try and get 2 bits in a day!!

So here goes guys, will be here every day winning this fight!!!!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
