I took a guess at my weight last week thinking it was around 235. I weighed in this morning and it was 232. I can't say i lost 3 lbs since last week because i dont know what my weight was...but we can pretend, lol.

Well i just started monday on my diet, and its going well. Been sticking to healthy food and getting my lifting in and cardio each day, just gotta keep it up! Congrats on the 6 lbs!
