Fat 38,6. Alhamdulillah turun kadar lemak 900gr dari minggu kemarin. Berat juga turun 2kg sejak terakhir nimbang. Tanpa harus tersiksa dan starving. Tetep bisa makan roti bakar manis🥰
159.8 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
