Never ran today =sore. Will run tomorrow. Goal over 6 miles.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hopefully some of you that want to run in a marathon with me would like to keep a diary. Motivation is a big factor in trying to stay in shape.I know all of you that I sent out invitations that are runners need to be motivated to get up off the couch to. Anyhow I will see if this forum works or not. My goal tomorrow is to do 7 to 8 miles. Anyone up to challenge.
