How do you measure your fat percentage?

I have a scale that measures weight and fat percentage. Basically, it sends small electrical charge through the body from the feet up and depending on how much fat you have (since fat acts as an insulator), it calculates the fat percentage. https://www.withings.com/us/en/body-plus
