EASIEST DIET 4 ME's Journal, 02 April 2013

I really expected for what ever reason to have gained weight this weigh in.to my surprise I WAS 297.6 LAST TIME.THIS TIME I AM 286.4.I have not been eating exactly as I normally do because Im not home as much.The thing I guess what does it is that no matter what I guess I still watch calories and try not to eat the worst stuff on menu.I stay from [my worst foods for me]THE EVIL FOODS more .Ithink for the first time in my life.FOOD does not rule my life.It's not center of my world to make me happy. My doctor is very very happy with me.LESSON FOR ME ..YOU HAVE TO BREAK UP WITH FOOD JUST LIKE SOMEONE WHOS TREATED YOU BAD ...SOMETIMES YOU CAN LET THEM COME OVER FOR A VISIT BUT THEY OR IT HAS BEEN PUT IN ITS PLACE
296.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 106.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
