weigh in was today, i was hoping for a little more, but any loss is a good loss. this week down 0.8,total of 15 so far, not to shabby for 3 weeks. also bought leslie sansone walking cd, goal this week is to start some sort of exercise. did 1 mile today.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
