Been watching the foods I’m eating that are hi in calories. And I’ve been walking more, using my cycle each day and getting more sleep! But most importantly, I have not eaten any junk foods, potatoes chips, cookies. I’m back on track now! I will lose these extra 12 pounds I have leftover from my junk food beige!
182.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
