Today is April fools day, but this is the most serious wake up call ever. I hit 204 today. This is the biggest I have ever been. I seriously feel like a piece of shit. Why do I constantly do this to myself? These actions are self-loathing. I want to be the person that has it all together and that loves herself. I am making a commitment today to turn my life around. Stop feeling sorry for yourself because you are doing it to yourself. You decide whether you succeed or not. You put the food in your mouth and you choose to exercise or not. Do it or stop saying you are going to do it. Take life by the horns damnit!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
