Day 1 of using my new scale to check weight. It shows me gaining! Not a totally unexpected thing but not very happy about it. I log everything I eat, to the bite, and from my food log can only think that my high carb numbers are hurting progress. I am proving again that I can't eat a 'balanced' diet and lose weight. Today at 3:33 p.m., I'm so fatigued I can barely function; I'd really like to go to bed but will make myself stay up.
