Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 30 March 2013

wow... don't think I've ever recorded two days in a row with the same weight. Geared up for Easter. All my family's favorite treats and eats are cooked or are cooking. Watch me. I can do this with grace and ease. Let 'em eat all the sweets and starches I cooked. I'll be pigging out on ham (no pun intended) pork ribeye (a definite southern treat) grilled creole injected chicken breast, eggs deviled 6 ways, ham roll ups, grilled shrimp, venison sausage....oh, I'm stuffed just thinking about it. And tomorrow, yes, tommorrow I will INDULGE myself and allow myself not one, but TWO servings of Whipped Cream to top my SF jello.
HURRAH, but I'm STILL losing. You can lose weight without losing your family!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
