No idea how i've lost this much in less than a week..
Intermittent fasting eating between 12pm-8pm Generally eating healthier and cooking every meal (Intermittent fasting makes you very conscious of it i guess) No snacking at all outside of window. No sugar at all (If i can help it) Drinking lots of unsweetened black tea and water. with very infrequent trips to the gym

Well done, Dave. Agree with IF making us more conscious of what we eat. I need to slow down on the sugar too. I'll gradually decrease it (vs stopping everything immediately). Let's do this! 💪

@Jasmin I dropped sugar from tea from 3 to 0, literally forcing myself to drink it, and eventually i developed a taste for it. Kinda like it now, can't drink it with sugar at all now, too sweet!
