It's hardly an accomplishment anymore. I'm so near my realistic goal weight I had set myself at 135 but I'm still not anywhere close to what I would like to look like. I still feel I look 160. I don't even think this is from bad self image or body dysmorphia, I do believe I'm honestly still very big. While clothing fits differently, it's still not as significant a change as it should be. I need to replace fat with muscle.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
