I had a bad eating day early on yesterday, and I had gained weight. Went back up to 238. Today I am down to 236.6. Will eat well today, and going for a walk
236.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
