step by step day by day.. probably not the healthiest approach to food, but its doing what i want it to. starting to actively cut out fructose to see if that helps my stomach some.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
