okay guys I invented a smoothie that I drink every night, 2 fresh bouquets of parsley+6 strawberries+juice of 3 oranges+1 stalk of celery and blend all together
178.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
