I gained .2 pounds, that's not a lot, but when your trying to lose, every oz counts,
I don't really get why i did gain .2 oz, i don't look like i gained weight- but then it's only .2 oz :( Perhaps it's muscle, since i did a lot of strength training yesterday, and i do karate 2 a week, could i be gaining muscle?

That still sucks tho- to see the scale rising, instead of falling :(
150.5 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't feel too bad. I find that when I weigh myself, then go pee (sorry, that's the only way I know how to explain it), and weigh myself again, I'm down by 2 ounces. Maybe it's just water weight?
