I gained .2 pounds, that's not a lot, but when your trying to lose, every oz counts, I don't really get why i did gain .2 oz, i don't look like i gained weight- but then it's only .2 oz :( Perhaps it's muscle, since i did a lot of strength training yesterday, and i do karate 2 a week, could i be gaining muscle?
That still sucks tho- to see the scale rising, instead of falling :(
