Had a sneaky mid week weigh in on Thursday morning after only 3 days and was pleasantly surprised to have lost 4lb. But weighing in this morning I hadn't lost any more, so I'm a bit disappointed as I have stuck to my low carb diet strictly apart from not managing to drink quite as much water as I should have.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 135.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
