Okay, so I have been doing pretty good with my diet/lifestyle change over the last couple of days, but have not been doing my exercising. I haven't lost any pounds but I have lost a couple of inches. I just going to keep chugging along...I think I can, I think I can...till one day I will look back and say I knew I could, I knew I could! In the past, when trying to lose weight I would get a self defeating attitude and give up. I have vowed to myself and God that I will NOT give up this time. Life is too precious and I am worth it!!!
294.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been doing pretty well on my diet, but I don't feel like I've been putting in the exercise I need to. :( Going to go to the gym again today though. :) And try to get 30mins of dancing in for one of my challenges. :D Your doing great!! And 30lbs lost so far is awesome. ^.^ You can do this! You can!! :D
