It has been 8 weeks, and this is not working very well. Open to suggestions, dealing with a high stress job, family members who are now retired, less income, budget tight. Can't walk out side due to the ice and the side walks are not cleared, the city has decided to not continue this as part of their street maintenance. Have a course to start on nutrition and healthy life styles, but I know the information is only as good as you make use of it, so we will see.
