My eating habits are getting shabby. About to order a huge breakfast this morning and make sure I eat lunch and dinner, too. I'd been bloated over the weekend. Hence the rapid weight gain. Ugghhh.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.9 lb a week
